Service Description

At the heart of this yoga class is my passion for nurturing the connection between mothers and other female guardians, caregivers, teachers, and the children in their care. Before I became a mother myself, I was a high school English teacher. My personal experience combined with my educational background has provided me with a unique perspective on the importance of fostering holistic well-being among women and children. The space I create is one where women and children feel connected, understood, and supported on their individual paths, fostering a deeper connection with themselves, their families, and their community. Women and children of all ages and abilities are welcome!
